Alternate Flag of Dobrujan Confederation

*The region of Dobruja refuses to be seperated again and again between Tsardom of Bulgaria and Kingdom of Romania during the World Wars. Dobruja declares itself as a free state. Later the treaty of Silistra is signed between Bulgaria and Romania, recognizing the state as "Dobrujan Confederation". The confederation remains strongly connected with both countries, entirely depending on the two realms (Bulgarian and Romanian crowns symbolizing the dependence) The Dobrujan Confederation removes its borders for its protectors.
